DYNA is proud to support the 5th Annual Dysautonomia Awareness Walk and 5K!

Support DYNA's vital research, awareness and educational programs!  WALK (or run!) to benefit the Dysautonomia Youth Network of America, Inc. (DYNA), and you will be standing up for dysautonomia patients world-wide!

T-shirts will be black with the slogan: “Dysautonomia Awareness: Gearing up to make a difference” (see image above) and will cost $15.00 for those picked up at event or $20.00 if shipped (payable in advance). Shirt purchases are not tax-deductible. 

Registration begins at 8:00 AM at City Park in Kiel, Wisconsin. There is a $25 registration fee, payable at the walk, for the 5k. A T-shirt in included.  The walk is free, t-shirt not included.

Tax deductible donations to DYNA, Inc. will be accepted during event.
